Pricing
Business systems are quoted per project once we’ve mapped the workflow and the integrations involved. You approve a fixed-scope quote upfront, with a 50% deposit to start. Larger systems are milestone-billed so the cost tracks the build.
How a build runs
We begin by mapping how work flows through your business today and where it breaks down. Then we build the system in stages, starting with the part that removes the most manual effort first. Projects usually run four to twelve weeks depending on scope and integrations. You own the full system, source code and admin access at the end — no lock-in.
Common questions
Can it work with our accounting software?
Yes. We regularly integrate with Xero, Sage and similar tools so invoices, payments and stock movements sync automatically instead of being re-entered by hand.
We already use some tools we like — do we have to replace them?
No. The goal is to connect the moving parts, not rip everything out. We integrate with what works and replace only what’s holding you back.
Can it send WhatsApp or email automatically?
Yes. We build automation for confirmations, reminders and follow-ups over WhatsApp and email, so routine communication happens on its own.
